Privacy Policy

How we collect and use partner data, how long we keep it, and the controls publishers can use to manage their information.

01

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, apply to publisher programs, contact support, or use the Partners portal.

This can include your name, work email, company details, payment and tax details, campaign activity, and the device or browser data needed to secure and operate the service.

  • Account details such as your name, email address, password hash, and workspace information.
  • Commercial records such as clicks, conversions, commission events, approval decisions, and payout history.
  • Operational data such as IP address, browser type, audit logs, and support messages.
02

How we use information

We use partner data to operate the portal, attribute publisher performance, process commissions, prevent abuse, respond to support issues, and comply with financial and legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to improve reporting, product quality, and fraud detection.

03

How we share information

We share information only with service providers, payment partners, analytics vendors, or customers when that sharing is necessary to deliver the service, fulfill contractual obligations, or comply with law.

We do not sell personal information. When we use subprocessors, we require them to protect the data they receive and use it only for the requested service.

04

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after that to maintain records, settle payouts, resolve disputes, and meet audit or tax obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

05

Your choices and rights

You can update profile information inside the portal or request help from support if you need to correct or remove information that you cannot change yourself.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits.

06

Contact

How we collect and use partner data should be clear. If you have a privacy question, a data rights request, or a security concern, contact support through the Partners portal or your account manager.
